Edit: I'm often asked what program I use to make my animations, so: I draw each frame by hand, scan them in, make them into an animated gif in Adobe Photoshop CS3, using the Animation window, then put the animated gif into Adobe After Effects CS3, add the audio, if need be, and then export the compilation into a .mov file
